Direct Mail - The Direct Mail industry is still quite buoyant worldwide. Ironically, recent growth has often come off email marketing and internet problems (e.g. spam, google), as well as new internet technologies like PURLs. - An odd paradox given the net and email marketing was supposed to kill off direct mail. We discuss this and other trends throughout the year.

We'll also discuss finishing - inserting hardware - Why? There's little point in having customer, front-end and print times measured in minutes if the backend tasks are still taking days! Inserting systems are essential elements to eliminate delays, human errors and costs.
