Statistically, to be small and digital is the worst place to be in the industry. However this TV interview from 2003 proves otherwise. It looks at the strategies of a young, highly successful Copyshop which has turned itself into a full digital print and document management operation.
Their growth strategies are still working. Just last year they installed a new Xerox iGen3 colour plus various mono systems, just to keep up with client demand. They're proof that a blend of hard work, new technology and a focus on the customer is all it takes...
Like most of the industry's successful, super-growth operations, Ditto installs the latest tools, providing a wide range of print and non-print offerings to their clients. They are now a significant 24-hr digital print operation with over 100 staff, servicing a huge territory via affiliates and the net.
